Which version of World of Warcraft is this for?

This preview is for WoW: Forever. It is not a WoW: Midnight or WoW: Classic addon. WoW: Midnight support is planned separately.

Can I look for a guild without joining one first?

Yes. Browse public recruiting guilds, compare your play times and interests, then use the contact details in a guild’s introduction. Website membership requires the owner’s invitation and approval; browsing never grants access to its private journal.

Do I need Discord?

No. Your account, Check-Ins, journal and participation board work on the website. Discord adds optional Check-In channels, trophy cards and notifications.

Is my character activity public automatically?

No. Each guild owner chooses which categories to publish and whether character milestones include names. Every switch starts off. Members can see the guild’s policy in its Overview. Private screenshots are governed separately.

What works in the preview?

Manual addon Check-Ins, levels, Enchanting progress, equipped items, a shared run journal and officer-reviewed participation. Real WoW: Forever client capture still needs validation. Follow the website guide.
