Guildology: your game diary, woven into your guild’s story

Guildology is your game diary: a place for progress, shared adventures and the plans you make for your next session. A personal journal works without a guild. When you play together, your guild has its own story to tell.

Start a chapter in WoW: Forever

The current preview supports manual WoW: Forever character Check-Ins: levels, Enchanting progress and equipped items. Open My journey to preview and save a private character record, choose level or Enchanting goals, and revisit the observations you have kept. Guild invitations and character approval are separate steps for shared guild tools.

Remember the run together

Your guild’s run journal keeps recorded bosses, observed loot, submitted screenshots and officer-reviewed completions. These are player-reported records with recording gaps made visible. An item observed during a run is not automatically proof of a drop from a particular boss.

Make the journal yours

My account → Make the journal yours offers Paper, Night and Modern reading themes. Paper is the default; Night provides a dark reading page, and Modern retains the original interface. The website saves the choice to your account. Run and journal dates are displayed in your local time zone. The WoW: Forever addon has its own local theme choice.

The diary we are building towards

The next recorder is being designed around session totals and individual milestones: meaningful levels, profession events, adventures and the people who shared them. Catch-up Check-Ins need durable local history and a safe batch import; the current snapshot preview does not yet provide that event archive. Creature totals, talent history, open-world events and detailed crafting capture still need implementation and exact-client verification.

The planned sharing controls are Off, Guild and Public for each category. Guild will be the default for new entries when those controls ship. A guild may publish an eligible factual milestone as “A member of {guild}…” without naming that player. Notes and screenshots require the author’s Public choice before public use. Today’s private personal records keep their current audience.

Choose the next step

Follow the personal journal guide to start alone, the joining guide to connect with your guild, or the WoW: Forever website guide for the shared tools. WoW: Midnight and Star Citizen remain separate planned integrations.
